We build the company around your product.
Wetinol is an operating partner for founders of technology products. You build the product and lead the team. We set up and run everything else: the company, finance, legal, people, workplace and growth.
Or see what we take on first.
The problem
Three things stand between you and your product.
Every technology company has to be registered, financed, staffed, housed and kept compliant before the product can earn anything. Founders either do it themselves and lose months, or hand it to a list of vendors and spend their time managing vendors. Wetinol takes all three off your plate, so the work that is left is the product.

What we do
Built for how a product company actually runs.
Six functions, one team, one agreement. Pick a function to see the work it covers, or read the full scope.
Everything covered
And it is all one team.
Everything a technology company needs that is not the product: one team, one agreement, no stitched-together vendors. A sample of what we actually do, function by function.
How we partner
How a partnership runs
Most partnerships begin at incorporation and continue for as long as the company operates. The scope grows with the product; the model stays the same.
Launch
We set up the company and the functions it needs on day one: entity and governance, bank and accounting, first contracts, first hires, an office if one is needed. The founder spends this period on the product; the company is ready when the product is.
Typically the first two to three months.
Operate
We run the agreed functions as a standing team. Books are kept, filings are made, people are hired and paid, suppliers are managed, the office works. One lead on our side, a monthly report, no vendor list for the founder to manage.
Ongoing, for the life of the company.
Scale
As the product grows, the company grows with it. We add functions such as growth and advertising, scale the team, open new markets and put more structure where the business now needs it. Functions are added or removed by agreement, never by surprise.
Whenever the product calls for it.
Who we partner with
Founders of technology products.
- Mobile app studios
- Web services and SaaS
- E-commerce and online products
- Teams operating internationally
Teams that are strong on the product and would rather not build a back office. Companies that need the corporate side done properly from the start.
What we do not do
We do not build products.
We do not make product decisions, we do not hire the product team for you, and we do not sell to your customers. The company around the product is our job; the product stays yours.
We do not invest and we do not take equity. The relationship is a service agreement, not a stake.
Why Wetinol
Vendors give you a list. We run the company.
Most founders end up with an accountant, a lawyer, a corporate administrator, a recruiter and an agency, each with their own contract and none of them talking to each other. We replace the list with one team and one lead.
We do not invest and we do not take equity. The company is yours. Running it effectively is our work.
The product, the company and every decision about them belong to the founder. We take the operating side as a partner: set it up, run it, report on it every month. The relationship is a service agreement, not a stake.
Tell us what you are building.
